Hotel Booking Guidelines & Terms & Conditions:
Single Occupancy: Only One-person can stay.
Double Occupancy: Only two people can stay.
Standard Check-in time at the Hotels is 2 pm (1400 hours) IST
Standard checkout time is 12 noon (1200 hours) IST.
In case you are arriving early, the room has to be booked from the previous nights for immediate occupancy.

Cancellation and Refund

• • Rooms will be confirmed only against 100% advance payment.
  • Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and additional charges will be applicable.
  • Any other personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, room service, and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check out.
  • Hotels once booked will be non-refundable. Post confirmation of the hotel booking, 100% retention charges will be applicable for any cancellation received. The name change is possible until 15 days before the check-in.
  • All incidental charges if any will be charged to individual guests.
  • All guestrooms have complimentary wi-fi up to three devises per room. 
  • Any damages done to the property; banquets, public area or rooms (towels, hangers, mirror or any other amenities provided) will have to be borne by the guests.
  • There is no discounted rate for children. 
  • Accompanying person will only be entertained only on account of conference registration.
